As we know, in recent years, the recruitment challenge facing hospitality has been unprecedented.
For this task, you will share ideas on overcoming these challenges, while furthering our Journey to Tomorrow agenda.
Using and leveraging the framework of Journey to tomorrow, we want you to create a plan that can be used by IHG to attract new talent in our hotel teams.
To do this, you will need to build a recruitment plan and campaign, to increase awareness and candidate engagement.
You will highlight key messages to use that attract the right talent, identify the best channels to share these opportunities and suggest ideas for the ways in which we can secure the right candidates to raise the culture of sustainability within our hotels.
