How can you innovate The People Ho(s)tel hybrid model, beyond its accommodation offering, through aglobal experience for each segment, from booking to customer departure?
Two years ago, we launched The People, which now has 11 hostels in France. The People is the best of both worlds: the comfort of a hotel and the friendliness of a hostel! The People is right where you want to be in the heart of town, in lively districts, near exciting cultural locations. The best place to sleep, but also... cool-work, chill, eat, socialize and have fun. The People always propose…
A hybrid offers with 3 types of accommodation with maximum comfort: double rooms, family rooms and 4 to 8-bed dormitories. A generous food offer, simple, inventive, with a special focus on local and organic products in the forms of breakfast, brunch, dinner, pizza bar, redesigned bistro... Bars and rooftops which are in the heart of the experience, real meeting points with a rich and varied program, during the week and as weekend. We propose the best value for money offer on the market, whatever the segment! For Families, The People is more of hotel, which is ideally located, with spacious rooms, a great restaurant and services which make the difference.
The Flash packers are travelers in their soul and constantly driven by meetings and discoveries, they choose the best spot, cozy, good vibes, authentic and stylish, for a quality short break. The Backpackers have frequented youth hostels since time immemorial. They wear a pack on their back, have road trips in their blood and like to take advantage of our shared spaces to meet as many new people as possible. In addition to backpackers who have traditionally stayed in hostels, we noticed a large number of flash packers and families who prefer the best location at the best price, and the warm, vibrant atmosphere of each of our addresses.
Today, the hybridity of our offer is based above all on our accommodation offering and the multi-functionality of our living spaces (chill, eat, drink, dance, work...).
How can you imagine reinforcing this hybrid brand promise by designing 3 signature customers innovative and differentiating experiences (from booking to check-out...) dedicated to each of our main customer segments (backpackers, flash packers and families), while maintaining the performance of our business model?
